Michigan Wedding Welcome Party | August 2022
We all know how fun a wedding day is. What about an Olympic Style Wedding Welcome Party? Spending the day before the wedding at a welcome party, with all of your closest friends dressed in 80’s neon attire and running through a blow-up obstacle course, just can’t be beat. This welcome party was an event complete with a camp counselor to judge the fierce competition!
A private shuttle bus scooped up the guests from their hotel in Downtown Lansing, Michigan, and took them to this private estate filled with surprises.
Each guest was provided a custom sweatband to kick the party off.
After welcomes and introductions, the 100 guests were quickly split into 10 teams for the games.
And the 80’s neon outfits did not disappoint!

Can’t forget the slip-n-slide and obstacle course! Even with the overcast skies and a couple of raindrops, the guests were far from bothered.
After the games, it was time for the Taco Food Truck, mobile bar, and other snacks.
