This past Sunday, Emily and I attended the Country Club of Lansing’s first ever Bridal Tea! Brides who have booked their weddings at the country club, along with their bridal party, were invited for afternoon tea and hors d’oeurves. After enjoying their tea, some of the country clubs’ preferred vendors were showcased around the main ballroom, to help brides decide which vendors could help them with the finishing touches to complete their big day!
We were so excited to be able to provide the floral centerpieces and linens for the event. The linens, which are my absolute favorite, were ivory iridescent crush, with matching ties on the cocktail tables, and blush runners. Each guest table had a white tea pot filled with flowers, while the cocktail tables were decorated with the matching teacup! Emily and I had so much fun designing these centerpieces! Each centerpiece had a loose mixture of white hydrangeas, astilbe, pink roses, stock, peonies, blue eucalyptus, purple spray roses, berries and succulents. The pastel flowers mixed with bright greens truly captured the bridal tea theme!
We had so much fun getting to meet the brides, their families, and bridal party. But it’s wasn’t just the brides who were able to enjoy the preferred vendors, Emily and I had a blast getting our pictures taken by Red Carpet Photo Booth. Eating desserts by Sweetie-licious, A Piece O’ Cake, and Cake Art. While listening to Rodney Lamar Page on violin!
Thank you Country Club of Lansing for inviting us to attend your inaugural Bridal Tea. We cannot wait for next years event, and look forward to designing future events at the Country Club!
